Logan stood in one of the aisles of the store. He glanced over a couple of CDs, his fingers pushing each one back as he read the title. Nothing had caught his eye yet and Logan moved on the the set set of CDs. He didn't really need to be here buying these when you could just as easily get them online one way or another, even the stuff that hadn't been released yet. That was just what happened when you were a computer genius technopath who could slip into a record company's files via the internet and this was without his abilities too.
Either way, he liked the idea of actually physically looking at these CDs and seeing them. Material objects were just different to date streams and Logan liked that. It made it more real when he could physically touch it, though sometimes it was almost like he could actually feel the data on the computer. It was had to explain that kind of thing and Logan had never really tried. The only person he had ever talked to about it was his brother and they never really went into detail about what they could do.
Moving on to another stack of CDs, Logan continued looking through them, almost mechanically moving in the same way each time, eyes staring down in concentration, fingers making calculated and precise moves to get through the CDs efficiently and quickly. He could get that way sometimes, getting pretty mechanical when he was doing a repetitive task. It really did get things done quicker so Logan never saw anything wrong with it. Besdies, he wasn't always like that. He could be fun and laugh and live life the way most other people did. This was just one of those times when he would start to look more serious than animated.
Logan usually had a grin on his face and he was usually excited and animated and going on about one thing or another as though it were the most exciting thing in the world. He could get pretty intense sometimes but even that could easily be stopped by telling him he was being a dork or simply telling him to shut up or something to that effect, and more often than not, it was necessary.
Moving to the next set of CDs, he continued looking through them, paying no attention to what was around him. Logan had a tendency to get carried away with what he was doing and forget that there was a whole world moving around him and this time was no different.
